Rental Rehabilitation

This property was acquired in May 2022 and was in desperate need of repair. Once the tenant lease was up, the repairs began! This rehab, partially funded by federal and state historical tax credits, is part of our effort to provide quality rental housing in Kalamazoo. Cleaned from top to bottom, windows replaced, holes patched, walls painted, floors repaired, and much more. Before and after pictures are below. More repairs and improvements are forthcoming.
